By using the Bitlook platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Bitlook is a motorsport platform that may include:
- event pages and schedules
- driver and team profiles
- competition registration tools

- results, rankings, and standings
- media and organizer-related tools

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

- be responsible for activity associated with your account

4. Event registration and participation
By submitting an event registration, you acknowledge that:
- the information you provide should be accurate
- organizers may review, approve, reject, or request clarification
- approval is not automatic unless explicitly stated
- participation may depend on organizer decisions, event rules, and capacity
5. Uploaded content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit, including:
- photos

- registration files
- vehicle information
- profile text and links
You must not upload or submit content that is:
- illegal
- fraudulent or misleading
- offensive or abusive
- infringing on third-party rights
6. Public content and results
Bitlook may display public-facing information such as profiles, teams, event entries, event media, rankings, and results as part of normal platform operation.
7. Payments
If event-related payments are processed outside the platform, Bitlook is not responsible for third-party payment disputes, delays, or processing errors.
Uploading payment confirmation does not automatically guarantee event approval unless explicitly confirmed by the organizer.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- interfere with the platform’s operation
- upload malicious code or harmful files
- abuse, harass, or mislead other users
9. Suspension and removal
Bitlook may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, profiles, submissions, or content if we believe platform rules have been violated or if such action is necessary to protect the platform or its users.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, limit, or remove platform features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all tools or services.
11. Liability
Bitlook is not responsible for event cancellations, schedule changes, organizer decisions, user-submitted inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use of the platform.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised version.
